Do you mean JRiver Cloudplay?
My username for the JRiver Cloudplay starts with a capital letter.
You state in your description to Double-check your spelling! That's why I'm not shure what to do?
To sign in to Cloudplay in JRMC I have to enter my email address and not my username.

Hi Helibaby,
This is not Cloudplay. This social feature is for your close (trusted) circle of friends who might also use JRiver. This allows in Whiskey River, if you make a playlist or run into an album of yours you rediscovered or whatever the case... you can share that playlist or album directly with your friend(s) (peer to peer). It would magically show up on their dashboard as shared by you. It's not a permanent thing either. 30 days default or 7 days as well, and you or the one you are sharing it with can sever the share at anytime.

@px That's a cool feature as long as Cloudplay is also supported (even though I have rarely used it personally I believe that many JRiver users do).

If you download a Cloudplay playlist, you can find and listen to it under the Cloudplay playlist folder. I am making a few fixes/changes in the WR social code in the next update probably EOD or tomorrow. One of those is to allow uppercase characters in the usernames.
